Construction Health & Safety
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 control how building projects are managed in order to protect the health and safety of construction workers and future building users. Denley King will provide all the necessary services as CDM coordinator to enable their client to comply with this legislation.
Our services can comprise any combination of the following:
- Notification of the project to the Health and Safety Executive
- Advise on the competency of the appointed designers and principal contractor
- Open the health and safety file
- Prepare preconstruction information 'pack'
- Advise on the competency of the principal contractor's construction health and safety plan
- Co-ordinating, compiling, completing and delivering health and safety file to the client
