All buildings require planned maintenance and may need alteration and/or refurbishment during their life time due to natural or user deterioration, and changes in user requirements or legislation.
Our services can comprise any combination of the following:

- Alteration works required under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995
- Measured surveys and preparation of floor plans
- Party wall matters under the Party Wall Act 1996
- CDM coordinator services under the Design and Management Regulations 2007
- Housing stock condition surveys
- Schedules of dilapidations for landlords and tenants
- Refurbishment and/or repair specifications and administration
- Design of small alteration and extensions to existing buildings including obtaining planning and building regulation approval
